When does the pregnancy photo session take place?

At Lys Moya Photography, we recommend that you have your pregnancy photo shoot between the 28th and 32nd week approximately. However, this period may vary according to each woman and the characteristics of her pregnancy. From week 25 onwards, we will have a clearer idea of the size of your belly, so we can set an exact date for the photo session. Generally, studio sessions tend to be more appropriate in earlier stages of pregnancy, while outdoor sessions may look better with a more pronounced belly. It is important to keep in mind that, from week 34-35, you may feel less agile and more tired, so we recommend scheduling the session before that date.

Where does the pregnancy photo session take place?

Mostly we do the pregnancy sessions in the studio in Barcelona, but we also usually do them in a fantastic location in La Garriga. But the great luck, if you do your session with me, is that you have endless possibilities. I leave you here my catalog of locations so you can study which one you like the most. Pregnancy photo session outfits

In the case of studio sessions, we recommend you bring simple pieces of clothing such as bodysuits, tight-fitting suits, dresses, underwear sets, among others. It is not necessary to wear maternity clothes, but clothes that fit your belly. Neutral colors such as black, white and cream tones usually work very well, but you can also add a touch of color if you wish. In the studio we have some basic pieces to complete your outfit if necessary, we will send you a catalog as soon as you book your session. Don’t forget that your partner may also participate in the session, so it is important to plan their wardrobe as well.
